Imogine sp. A

This beautiful, rather large worm (2″ or 50mm) was spotted off of North Kihei, Maui in approximately 10 ft (3 metres) of water.  It was just cruising across the sand in broad daylight.  It varies a great deal in colour, so if you find a worm of this general size, with an orangeish margin, and orange/gold-tipped nuchal tentacles,  it is definitely worth it to check out the photos on John Hoover’s site.
