A rarely found jelly that I know very little about.  However, there is a wonderful observation with an excellent discussion available on inaturalist.  When I first submitted this image, Claudia Mills mentioned that these tiny jellies were often accompanied by hitch-hiking pandalid shrimp.  This inat entry illustrates this well.
