In October, 2017 I had the pleasure of staying at Siladen Resort & Spa in Bunaken Marine Park.  It is primarily a dive resort, but they go out of their way to accommodate snorkelers.  Here’s a tiny sampling of the fish I was able to see while snorkeling or shallow free diving.  Some were taken during “muck dives” off of the coast near Manado, some were taken on their house reef, but the majority were taken around Bunaken Island on drift dives. I have yet to confirm the proper names of some of these fish, so double-check before you take my absolute word for it.  Enjoy!  For identification, press lightly on each image.
